Minhwa [meen-hwa] is an artist-run collective built on the belief that art is not a luxury but a language. It lives where culture, joy, and community meet. Shaped by Asian American and Midwestern values, we curate experiences that uplift local creatives and foster meaningful connections between people, place, and practice.
Our programs move beyond traditional institutional frameworks. Through pop-ups, and workshops, we create spaces for dialogue, exchange, and collective decompression. We see art not only as a spark of inspiration, but as a daily practice grounded in presence and purpose.
More than just a gathering, Minhwa serves as a social third space. A platform for artistic freedom, civic imagination, and shared joy.
We like to explore opportunities where identity and expression meet, and where creativity itself becomes an act of collective care and resilience.
