“Jeong (정)”

 is a love letter to Chicago, a day-long celebration of Asian-American culture, identity, and creative communities hosted at The Pop-Up.

This collaborative gesture brings together tattooists, designers, and musicians for a multi-media gathering. A tattoo flash day rooted in shared stories and creativity within the city.

At its core, Jeong (정) is about togetherness, not just through shared heritage, but through shared intention and care. As Asian-Americans raised in and shaped by Chicago, we carry forward a cultural legacy rooted in hospitality and creativity. This event is our way of honoring that tradition while evolving it — an open invitation to step into our space, connect across disciplines, and celebrate the stories that shape who we are.
